Arrow Express Sports

 The ILA will be hosting the Six Nations Arrows 2012 Open Prospect Camp. The camp will be held on Feb 11th from 6pm-10pm as well as Feb. 12th from 10am-12pm. 

This camp is open to all eligible Jr age players. Just a reminder, if you are NOT from Six Nations you must have permission from your home center to attend camp. 

All players please bring proper ID with you to photocopy (birth certificate and health card to file in case of injuries).

What? Lacrosse Clinic with the Rochester Knighthawks players and staff!

Who? Players ages 8-14

When? Jan 25th - every wednesday for 6 weeks.

How much? $15 per session, or $60 to pre-register for all 6 weeks
